WHAUP's Shareholders Approve Dividend Payment- Debenture Issuance Totaling Baht 8,000 Million

Ms Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, Chairman (middle), Mr. Wisate Chuangwatana (4th from right), Chief Executive Officer, WHA Utilities and Power Plc, or WHAUP, together with other WHAUP's Board of Directors had recently joined the shareholders' 2018 Annual General Meeting, at Amari Watergate Hotel, The meeting also approved dividend for its full year 2017 of Baht 0.2034 per share as well as the approval of debenture issuance of not exceeding Bath 8,000 million for developing future projects and partially repay the debenture debt.
